The Group Committee requires parents and friends to support the group by undertaking support roles such as coordinating building works, fundraising, grant submissions, recruiting and so on.

This document is a generic role description for a parent supporter.

List of minro maintenance tasks that could be completed or organised by one or two people working alone or together. These tasks are not really suited to working bee events due to the minor nature and/or specialised nature of the task.

Volunteers with the organisational and technical skills to undertake any of these tasks should contact our Building and Property Coordinator, a member of the Group Committe, or the Group Leader (in that priority) for more information.

Every scout group needs a Group Leader. This role is essentially one of adult leadership and group administration.
