This information is a general guide to what you should take away with you when staying out in a fixed camp.

A fixed camp is one where you set up your tents and gear in a fixed location and undertake your activities in the surrounding area.

You are free to modify this list depending on the season and in accordance with your own experience. If you have been on 3-4 camps, you will have a very good idea as to what you need and you should modify the list to suit yourself.

Always use a checklist when packing your kit. Whether you use this list or your own, it will help you remember all the gear you  like to have with you in the bush.
