Joey Scouts

Joey Scout activities develop children’s sense of sharing and personal identity, as well as teaching them about nature. The Joeys work together as a Mob under the theme HOP (Helping Other People). The Program emphasises co-operative, participatory learning through a wide range of fun activities.

Joey Scout membership is open to boys and girls aged between 6 and 8 years. 

Joey Scouts meet on Thursday night at he Scout Hall, 213A Weston Street, Brunswick at 6:00pm. 

Joey Scout meetings finish at 7:00pm.  Meetings are not held during school holidays.

Costs involved include:

  • Membership fee
  • $2 per week
  • Uniform

Nominal amounts to cover costs on occasional excursions If you or a child you know is interested in joining Joey Scouts, please call Bev.  Morrison to have a chat about it. 

Interested children are welcome to come and see what Joey Scouts is all about before they decide whether or not to join.
