On 11th March, the Cub Scouts had their first camp for 2017 at The Pines, near the foreshore in Altona.
For many, this was an important opportunity to sleep for two nights under canvas as a step towards earning their Campout Badge – a requirement for Cuboree!
Cubs put up their own tents and used the outdoor kitchen facility.
On Saturday night, the pack put on a variety show performance to entertain leaders and parents. Singing, dancing, playing instruments, telling jokes and magic tricks were just some of the showcase of talent that was on display.
On Sunday night, the pack was joined by the Joeys for a sleepover and other activities.
